Holder Mountain Homes is family-owned and operated by the Holder family which has been in the Monroe County area for 4 generations.
Our family’s first settlers came to Coker Creek in the late 19th Century, and for many years made a living in the timber business. More recently, our focus has been in construction, where we now have more than 40 years of experience.
The Holder family has known for more than 100 years that this area provided stunning natural scenery and a sense of seclusion that is becoming difficult to find in today’s world. Coker Creek is a very special place, one that is perfect for your primary home or for a weekend get-away home.
Our goal is to provide a premium, top of the line home. Secondly, our goal is to build you a one of a kind home, not from a set of generic commercial blue prints that have been used over and over. To that point, each of our homes is designed and built by us. Each is unique.
